Newsletter September 2023
The September newsletter, headed by the XX BNFIX Meeting, on October 5 and 6, organized by our office in Barcelona will include several open sessions for our clients, friends and collaborators. In addition, the newsletter recalls the new opportunity for the self-employed to modify, between September and October, their contribution bases, according to their new regime in force since January 1. We also talk about the certification of startups to be able to access the tax benefits of the law that regulates them, and the new reporting obligations on the beneficial ownership of companies.
