Code of ethics and conduct
Our firm has around thirty professionals, economists, lawyers, social graduates and auditors. The average age of our team is around forty years old, with a practical gender parity since the beginning of our activity. Our team receives continuous training while we believe that in order to contribute to the optimal development of the business fabric and society, continuous training is essential. Beyond the professionals of our firm, we have a very direct relationship with professionals from various sectors, which allows us to offer a high degree of specialization when the situation requires it.
We are also concerned about the environment and continuously undertake our own initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint.
The firms that make up the BNFIX network, at the time, agreed to join together as a network and under the same brand, primarily because we shared the same way of understanding the profession. This way of being and being in society was what drove us to found our network, at a time when we were not yet talking so much in our country about business ethics, business ethics or corporate social responsibility. However, our main values and ethical principles, which we now include in this Code of Ethics and Conduct, have always been the hallmark of all the firms that make up BNFIX, and we want to keep it that way.

If we become aware of the commission by action or omission of an offence, illegality or breach of the Code of Ethics, we have a duty to report it.
To whom and how do we make the report? Whistleblowing communications will be made anonymously by filling in a form that is available on our Code of Ethics App. By scanning the QR code you can access the App from which you can report the complaint completely anonymously if you wish to do so. The access code is BNFIX. The organisation’s authorised staff will receive the report made anonymously by email.
Social commitment
We participate from our beginnings in the social commitment, collaborating continuously with associations, unions, cooperatives, foundations and other social entities. Currently, we are a friendly company of the Comptal Foundation (www.comtal.org) aimed at the education and social insertion of children, adolescents and young people in situations of social risk while we believe that the greatest wealth of a country is education, while we are very sensitized with equal opportunities.
Our firm contributes to the business sector by making available the knowledge and experience it has after more than thirty uninterrupted years of professional practice. Our vocation of service, since our beginnings, has always been linked not only to providing the best possible service to our customers but to participating in all those sectors of society in which we have considered that we can provide some value. Thus, our partners have always been committed to actively participate and be close to Companies, Professional Colleges, Universities, Third Social Sector, Unions, Employers, Courts and Public Administrations. We believe that being close to all these agents of society allows us to obtain a global and transversal criterion that has a direct impact on two senses, on the one hand, it nourishes us as a signature that benefits our clients, but, on the other hand, we contribute to the society our knowledge fruit of the direct contact with the different sectors of this one. Along these lines, some of our partners are present in economic, legal, socio-cultural and labor relations institutions and many of our professionals, on a regular basis, provide training, conferences and elaborate articles on professional topics.
