Dear all,

We begin the year 2023 with a host of new regulations that, in one way or another, affect us all, and which we have tried to explain in our first, and extensive, newsletter in January.

Many of them are aimed at tackling the social and economic effects of the current crisis, such as those on bankruptcy and accounting matters, those related to rents and evictions or those affecting subsidised diesel and basic foodstuffs. Other novelties are the usual changes to the Budget Law or the entry into force of laws such as the Startups Law or the one that taxes non-reusable plastics.
