Newsletter 179th, in which, as every year at this time, the Income Tax and Wealth campaign are protagonists, as well as the Solidarity X campaign. Also in the spotlight are the instructions on workers’ participation in the elections on 28 May, legal developments in the field of evictions, the 5th Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining and the various sessions on complaint channels that we organised with associations.

El Congreso de los Diputados aprobó el 21 de diciembre pasado la Ley 28/2022, más conocida como Ley de Startups, y en la cual se regula un nuevo modelo de visado para los “nómadas digitales”, es decir, para los extranjeros que han optado por el trabajo en remoto y que eligen nuestro país como “base de operaciones” para su trabajo.
The coffee will be held on Tuesday 28 March: we will talk about the Startups Law and we will learn about the experience of Manel Fraixedas, former founding partner of Matrix, a reference firm in the document digitalisation sector.
Time flies, it’s already February and we have prepared a new newsletter, the 176th, where we are pleased to invite you to a COFFEE with BNFIX PICH next Tuesday 21 February, which will focus on teleworking.
With summer just around the corner, in our June’s newsletter we inevitably talk about the deadlines for filing corporate income tax and annual accounts. But we also discuss, among other topical issues, the VAT treatment of the 20 cents on subsidised diesel, the aid for Catalan SMEs in terms of compliance and the guide to tax relief for energy rehabilitation activities within the framework of the Next Generation funds.
