As autumn is slowly settling in everywhere, we are pleased to present the October 2021 newsletter by inviting you to attend the open sessions organised by the BNFIX Global network as part of its traditional annual meeting, which this year has reached its eighteenth edition and which we will inform you about in detail below.

We would like to report you also the news about the SMI and ERTES, that were approved a few days ago byt the Council of Ministers, and the latest interpretations on the determination of the cause of dissolution due to losses. We have also prepared a video interview about teleworking with Arancha de las Heras and we shed some light on inheritance and gift planning, a subject that sooner or later we will have to pay attention to.
